The VII Scientific and Practical Conference of Russian Analysts “New World Order: the Role and Place of Russia” was held on October 19-21, 2022.
The conference was organized by the Institute for Demographic Research of the Federal Scientific Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The purpose of the conference was the following: analysis of the emerging world order and the role of analytics in solving key political, economic, social, technological, military-strategic, informational, international and other tasks.
A welcoming letter to the conference was sent by the President of the Eurasian Association of Trade Union Organizations of Universities (EATUOU), Chairman of the United Trade Union Organization of Moscow State University Igor B. Kotlobovsky. He noted that the conference is taking place at a critical time of socio-economic, political and cultural transformations, civilizational shifts. Under these conditions, the views of analysts representing various fields of knowledge about the role and place of Russia in the new world order, integration processes in Eurasia, and assessments of effective interaction between countries, including actions by trade union, are important. He wished productive work and significant scientific results to the participants and guests of the Conference.
Chairman of the United Trade Union Organization of RSSU, member of the EATUOU L.D. Fadeeva made a presentation on “Trade Union Dialogue of the States of the Eurasian Economic Union” at the Plenary session of the conference headed “Eurasian Integration: Social, Political, Cultural and Civilizational Dimension”. She stressed that the Eurasian Association of Trade Union Organizations of Universities is making a significant contribution to maintaining a single educational space and strengthening humanitarian ties between universities in the post-Soviet space. The solidarity of trade union organizations, work with university administrations make it possible to develop education and science in the countries of the Eurasian region, to regulate the conditions and level of remuneration of employees. The solution of current and global problems leads to the development and expansion of a single educational space, the strengthening of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation between universities and their trade union organizations in the interests of developing education in the EATUOU countries.
