An extended meeting of the Presidium of the Eurasian Association of Trade Union Organizations of the Universities was held.
On the eve of the anniversary of Moscow State University, on January 24, 2025, an extended meeting of the Presidium and Supervisory Board of the Eurasian Association of Trade Union Organizations of the Universities was held.
The participants congratulated the MSU staff on their anniversary and handed over congratulatory addresses from employees and students of their universities to the MSU Trade Union Organization.
The members of the Presidium discussed the progress of the implementation of the decisions of the 37th Congress of the EATUOU, which was held in September 2024 in Minsk, and determined the main parameters of the 38th Congress, which will be held in September 2025 in Volgograd and will be dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Following the meeting, a plan of the main events of the EATUOU for this anniversary date was approved, and coordinators of all projects were determined.
The Presidium of the EATUOU approved the Association’s ambassadors in the member countries and in the federal districts of the Russian Federation. Particular attention was paid to the first issue of the EATUOU’s creative almanac “Constellation of Talents”, and a decision was made to collect materials for the second issue. The President of the EATUOU I.B. Kotlobovsky and the Chairman of the Selection Committee A.V. Vasiliev signed letters of gratitude to all the authors whose works were included in the first issue of the almanac.
On behalf of the Rector of Moscow State University Viktor A. Sadovnichy, the President of the EATUOU Igor Kotlobovsky invited all the participants of the meeting to participate in a gala event in honor of the anniversary of Moscow State University in the Kremlin State Palace on January 25, 2025.
