The Dean of the Faculty of Journalism, Academician of the Russian Academy of Education Professor Elena L. Vartanova and the Rector of the Yanka Kupala Grodno State University Irina F. Kiturko signed an Agreement on cooperation in promoting journalism education in the EAEU countries and creating sustainable partnership contacts between media researchers and practicing journalists. Joint events and research dedicated to journalism in the EAEU countries and information support of Eurasian integration are envisaged for future. Mutually beneficial cooperation between universities will also be associated with the activities of the Center for Eurasian Media Studies at Moscow State University named after M. V. Lomonosov, whose mission is to intensify the Eurasian dialogue in the field of media. The established partnership will make a significant contribution to strengthening ties between the leading centers of journalism education in the EAEU countries.
