On the 31st congress

Addressed to the chairmen of the trade union organizations of the Eurasian Association of University Trade Union Organizations.

There are two proposals regarding the venue of the upcoming congress of the Association:

1. Invitation form the Rector and Chairman of the Trade Union Organization of Southern Federal University.
2. Invitation from Petrozavodsk State University
